NBC 2016 and relevant IS code
NFPA FM/XL gap design guidelines
Our Fire Protection services include the details as below:

-Planning & designing of Wet Riser cum Down Comer System
External Hydrant System
-Planning & Designing of Auto Sprinkler System, based on the project
requirement and storage hazard.
-Fire fighting pump room layouts & pump designing.
-Planning quantity & type of portable manual fire extinguishers
-Detailed drawing of U.G.R. and OHT showing capacities reserved for fire
fighting.
-Preparation of DBR, Tender Papers, Comparative Statement, and recommendation of Contractor.
-Providing input related to Fire Protection work for the Environmental
Clearance of the project.

At Ace Consultants, the fire-fighting and fire-protection systems are in accordance with National Building Code (Part IV 2002 edition), AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) standards, and/or international standards such as NFPA or FM. Our Fire Protection services include the details below:
-Planning & designing of Wet Riser cum Down Comer System, External Hydrant System
-Planning & Designing of Auto Sprinkler System, based on the project requirement and storage hazard. The system also includes control valves, flow, and tampers switches at suitable locations and connected to a control module of the fire alarm system for its monitoring and activation.
-Fire fighting pump room layouts & pump designing.
-Planning quantity & type of portable manual fire extinguishers of water (gas pressure), carbon dioxide and foam type as first aid fire extinguishing appliances.
-Detailed drawing of U.G.R. and OHT showing capacities reserved for fire fighting.
-Preparation of DBR, Tender Papers, Comparative Statement, and recommendation of Contractor.
-Providing input related to Fire Protection work for the Environmental Clearance of the project.
